Medical Assistant-

Position summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail- oriented Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced Pain Management practice. This role is essential in supporting both clinical and procedural workflows and ensuring efficient patient care. The ideal candidate is adaptable, team-focused, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment while utilizing advanced technology, including Ambient Scribing documentation tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Rooming patients in a timely manner
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs, medical history, and chief complaint
• Assist providers with in-office procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety
• Assist with fluoroscopy (C-arm) equipment
• Prepare and clean exam and procedure rooms before and after patient use
• Ensure proper documentation in EMR
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Communicate effectively with providers, patients, and team members
• Manage patient flow efficiently to support a fast-paced clinic setting

Qualifications:

• Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Knowledge of vital signs, basic clinical procedures, and sterile technique
• Experience of willingness to learn C-arm operation in a procedural setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• 4-10's optional with hours TBD- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

License/Certification:

• BLS certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
