Key Responsibilities:
Rental Car Management Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the rental car department
- Manage vehicle inventory, availability, and scheduling
- Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for customers
- Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
- Monitor rental agreements, billing, and compliance requirements
- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally
Customer Care Specialist Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online
- Assist customers with service appointments, vehicle inquiries, and follow-ups
- Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
- Support dealership staff in delivering a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
- Ability to lead, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
