Heavy Equipment Specialist Precision Grading and Commercial Site Development
Job Overview:
Company: RokCrete LLC.
Salary/Pay Rate: $225 to $325 per day (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.
$50 per day for food.
Lodging covered by RokCrete LLC.
Location: Winter Springs, FL (Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Project Scope: Commercial Site Preparation and Concrete Support.

The Opportunity: You will serve as a lead technical operator, managing high-value machinery to prepare commercial sites for critical concrete and masonry work. This role is designed for a precision-driven professional who takes pride in achieving perfect grades while navigating complex, active construction environments.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute precision grading and excavation tasks using skid steers and excavators to meet strict project specifications.
Navigate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in close proximity to existing buildings and structures.
Collaborate with ground crews and laser level technicians to verify and maintain correct site elevations.
Manage the safe loading, unloading, and transport of materials across job sites using industrial forklifts.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance to ensure machinery remains in peak operating condition.
Adapt to varying project demands across the region, maintaining high production standards during travel-based assignments.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience operating skid steers, excavators, and forklifts in a commercial setting.
Proven mastery of grading techniques and the ability to read site plans accurately.
Demonstrated history of operating safely in tight spaces near finished structures or active facilities.
Flexibility to travel up to 90% of the time to support regional commercial projects.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED.
Advanced mechanical knowledge of hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
Previous experience in concrete-specific site preparation or masonry support.
