Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing
  • Use sources like LinkedIn and Associations to find qualified investigators in areas of need
• Resume Reviews
  • Assist recruiter by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews for all investigator open requisitions
• Recorded Statement Training
  • Schedule and conduct recorded statement training with new hires
• Business Cards and Becker ID Badges
  • Mail business cards and badges to new hires if applicable
• Onboarding
  • Assist with running background checks and scheduling I-9 verifications when necessary
• Projects
  • Provide hands-on assistance to the HR Team across varies projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic data/video upload processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Case Managers and field investigators.
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Must be comfortable communicating over the phone
