On-Site Industrial Material Representative at AH Group – Kansas City, Kansas

About the Role

As an On-Site Industrial Account Representative, you’ll be the primary point of contact for one of AH Group’s top-tier customers, working directly inside their manufacturing facility. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations, building strong relationships, and driving customer success through speed, accountability, and quality service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in delivering results that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Collect industrial parts from designated areas within the facility and accurately log information into the ERP system.
• Manage shipping and receiving of industrial components.
• Support the purchasing process—including quotes, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with vendors, internal teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reviews with the customer.
• Maintain daily communication and follow-up to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Who You Are

• A strong communicator (phone, email, and in-person) who can confidently engage with customers and teams.
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.
• Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and ERP/CRM systems.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including collecting and transporting industrial parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial repair, MRO, or warranty programs.
• Familiarity with vendor coordination and quoting workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
