MEMBER SERVICES in Miami Beach, Florida at Fisher Island Community Association

Job Summary: Provide safe transportation services to Fisher Island by transporting residents, members, and guests to their destinations. Member Services will also provide residential package delivery services.

Primary Duties:

• Arrange to pick-up and drop-off passengers or groups from the island ferry terminal.
• Provide residents, members and guests with assistance entering and exiting the island with luggage.
• Communicate by radio to exchange information and receive requests for passenger service.
• Perform errands such as delivering or picking up mail and packages.
• Record information on ABDI-Officer Pulse, such as time and place of pickup and drop-off
• Follow safety regulations governing golf cart operations and ensure that passengers are safe.
• Report any damages to vehicle, accidents or problems to the immediate supervisor.
• Assist Public Safety Personnel as needed.

Education / Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to speak, read and write English.
  • Bilingual
  • Able to work any shift, including flexible schedules, nights, weekends & holidays.
  • Hospitality experience a plus
