About the role

For more than 30 years, Burnetti, P.A. has proudly served injured individuals and families throughout Florida. We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Bilingual Call Center Intake Specialist to join our Lakeland office. This role is often the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional client experience from the very first conversation.

What you'll do
- Answer inbound calls from prospective clients with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
- Gather and document important information regarding potential legal matters.
- Accurately enter and maintain client information in the firm's case management system.
- Monitor, organize, and update intake records and documentation.
- Provide outstanding customer service while building rapport with callers.
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure a seamless intake process.
- Perform additional administrative and intake-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Previous call center experience required.
- Strong customer service, communication, or sales experience.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations with professionalism and compassion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's Degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
