• Contact members who have requested program information to arrange virtual or phone appointments

• Review available options, answer questions, and guide members through next steps

• Maintain organized digital records and ensure accuracy in all communications

• Take part in mentorship and ongoing training to strengthen communication and leadership skills

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive, supportive culture

• Weekly pay with bonuses and advancement potential
