Reports To: General Manager

Position Purpose

Supports the GM ensuring all team members achieve our highest standards – 100% performance, 100% of the time at 100% volume of business. Assists GM in managing inventory, food quality, controllable costs and financial results. Like GM, accountable for each and every one of our guest’s complete and utter satisfaction in their dining experience by empowering team members to react positively, hospitality focused FIRST in every instance while maintaining a constant presence on the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Enriches Guest’s experience by floor presence and effectively building relationships with guests
• Acts as a second is command to the GM by overseeing the entire operations of the restaurant
• Confidently handle guests complaints and service issues with grace and focus…finds solutions
• Handles all workers comp incidents
• Works on increasing sales…Catering, Delivery and In-Store ? Shares responsibilities with management team to follow all manager checklists
• Shares office administration duties including (cash handling, loss prevention, audits, etc…)
• Able to operate all Aloha functions…Ability to troubleshoot Aloha
• Monitors restaurant equipment and ensures it’s kept in good repair
• Manages labor in the restaurant to ensure hourly labor is within parameters to set labor budget
• Monitors food waste and inventory…Resolves ALL food quality issues
• Directs and follows up with team members that all checklist are being completed
• Follows Manager Travel Path ? Leads team in maintaining the highest cleanliness and organization standards
• Utilizes development journals to own the training, cross training and development of team
• Challenges him/herself in becoming better every day
• Partners with General Manager to recruit, interview, hire and retain a team of top performers
• Helps lead the entire TEAM to excel at Hospitality, Productivity and Performance
