Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients to address mental health concerns.
• Conduct a thorough diagnostic assessment using interviews, observation of participants, gather information from collateral sources, and testing.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress.
• Participate in regular supervision, mandatory team meetings, staff-in services, and ongoing training.

Job Requirements:

• Licensed in Ohio – LSW, LPC, LISW, LPCC, LISW, LICDC (-CS or -S a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, documentation and recordkeeping, and knowledge, understanding, and implementation of ASAM Level of Care.
• Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to helping individuals on their path to recovery.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and counseling techniques
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work full time, Monday – Friday. Flexibility with after business hours, evenings, rotation shifts: weekends, holidays possible.
