Patient Account Representative at Scotland Memorial Hospital – Laurinburg, North Carolina

Performs the duties of collecting patient account balances through third party or direct patient means, while assuring compliance with State and Federal regulations and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

-High school graduate or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
-Previous experience in medical office setting
-Previous experience with collections preferred
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
-Require previous Medicare collection experience
