Senior Financial Analyst in Duluth, Georgia at Nth Degree

Live events are back, and we are busier than ever! Due to massive growth, we are looking to add a Sr. Financial Analyst to Nth Degree’s corporate accounting team.

You will report directly to the VP of Finance and be based out of Nth Degree’s corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office, three days remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and design financial reports and KPIs in analytics software using BI360.
• Prepare forecasts and analysis as needed for multiple lines of business
• Assist in detailed pricing analytics and business partner with Sales to evaluate projected vs. actual profitability results for continuous improvement
• Evaluate branch performance monthly and business partner with operations to educate and drive improvements in profitability
• Support new business modeling
• Assist in preparation of the annual sales plan and long-term strategic plan.
• Assist with month-end and quarter-end close activities including variance commentary and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, as timeline to action may be tight and require significant cross-functional coordination.
• Strong business acumen and ability to share business knowledge with non-financial individuals.
• Strong affinity for technology and ability to collaborate with internal InfoTech professionals to build out analytics reporting
• Experience with assumption based analysis/pro forma analysis
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Who You Are:

• 3-5 years in similar role REQUIRED
• Bachelors required, Graduate degree a plus
• Previous experience with report building using BI is needed, previous experience using BI360 is great, or other experience in a digital environment
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and work with limited oversight
• Ability to produce quality work while meeting challenging deadlines.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Superior organization skills and attention to detail
• Expert time management skills with ability to quickly and gracefully adapt to a rapidly-changing environment; ability to perform multiple assignments with competing priorities, even without immediate supervision.
• Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills
