Position Description:

Are you passionate about the power of paid search and ready to make a real impact? Join our team as a Senior Search Analyst and drive the success of innovative digital campaigns for leading pharmaceutical brands.

In this role, you'll lead the charge on developing and executing cutting-edge paid search strategies. You'll optimize campaigns, dive deep into data, and deliver key insights that shape the future of our clients' success.

Position Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360) including ad copy development, keyword research, bid management, conversion tracking, etc. Utilizing data analytics tools, monitor and measure campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present detailed performance reports including key metrics, insights and recommendations. Own client relationships, collaborating closely to maintain a strong understanding of their business objectives and goals. Mentor and guide junior team members in strategy and delegate tasks appropriately. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internally (Account, PM, Analytics, Creative) and externally (partner agencies, vendors, 3rd party partners) to ensure overall account health. Support financial processes; monitor budgets in ad platforms, maintain flowcharts, review and approve campaigns in MediaOcean/Prisma. Stay current on industry trends and announcements, contributing to POVs and other external communications further solidifying Agency expertise. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Communication -
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical & Practical Experience -
  • Pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
  • Deep experience in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics and SA360 required, certification in all strongly preferred
  • MediaOcean/Prisma software experience strongly preferred
  • Paid social experience a plus
