  • Prepare and review client invoicing, accruals, and collections activities while supporting follow-up on outstanding balances.
  • Review expense coding, invoices, credit card transactions, and financial documentation to ensure proper approvals and accounting accuracy.
  • Support annual audits, budgeting initiatives, month-end close activities, and implementation of new financial policies and procedures.
  • Mentor junior finance staff by sharing best practices, supporting professional development, and promoting operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant accounting, finance, project accounting, or client financial management experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and manage large datasets effectively.
  • Experience with project accounting, month-end close processes, revenue recognition, and financial forecasting is highly desirable.
  • Client-facing or professional services industry experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to process and interpret both qualitative and quantitative financial information accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a client-service-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive financial information.
  • Self-motivated attitude with a strong willingness to learn, grow, and support cross-functional teams.

Benefits:
