This role sits at the frontline of a fast-paced U.S. real estate investment operation, acting as the key bridge between inbound homeowner interest and qualified sales opportunities. You will engage with motivated property owners through phone, SMS, and email, helping them navigate selling decisions with empathy, clarity, and speed. Working exclusively with warm and inbound leads generated through multiple marketing channels, you will qualify opportunities, build trust, and schedule high-quality appointments for senior decision-makers. - Manage and qualify inbound and warm leads from multiple channels, including web inquiries, SMS responses, PPC campaigns, and outbound follow-ups.
- Conduct structured follow-ups via phone, SMS, and email to build rapport, assess motivation, and advance leads through the pipeline.
- Schedule qualified appointments directly on senior leadership calendars, ensuring strong alignment with seller needs and expectations.
- Maintain rapid response times for high-intent leads while managing a high-volume pipeline (100–200+ active leads).
- Execute disciplined CRM management in Salesforce, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions, updates, and follow-up tasks.
- Prepare detailed handoff notes for appointments, ensuring clarity on seller motivation, property details, and pricing expectations.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in outbound sales, SDR, ISA, appointment setting, or similar phone-based client-facing roles, ideally within a U.S.-based environment. You bring strong English and Spanish fluency, with excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. You are highly organized, comfortable managing high-volume CRM pipelines, and disciplined in follow-up execution. Experience with tools like Salesforce is a strong advantage, along with familiarity in real estate lead intake or investment environments. This role requires a proactive, accountable mindset, strong ownership of results, and the ability to stay consistent in a fast-moving, performance-oriented setting. Emotional intelligence, resilience, and coachability are key traits for success in this position.
