In this role, you will provide high-quality player support for assigned game studios, ensuring that users receive fast, accurate, and helpful solutions to their issues while maintaining a positive gaming experience.
- Handle customer inquiries related to account access, technical issues, payments, and gameplay support
- Troubleshoot and resolve player issues using internal tools, knowledge bases, and training resources
- Stay up to date with game updates, patches, and new releases to provide accurate support
- Deliver clear and professional communication to players across written channels
- Escalate complex issues to higher support levels when necessary
- Collaborate with team leads and operations managers to ensure service quality standards
- Participate in training modules and continuous learning initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining a positive player experience and brand reputation
The ideal candidate is a gaming enthusiast with strong English communication skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes in a fast-paced environment.
- C1-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Passion for video games and strong knowledge of gaming culture
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a quiet workspace
- Basic technical setup meeting hardware and connectivity requirements (PC, internet speed, OS, RAM, GPU, etc.)
- Comfortable using digital tools, ticketing systems, and remote communication platforms
- Fast learner with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset
- Previous customer support experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to maintain focus and performance in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
