- Reconcile pre-bundle and post-bundle financial data with payors, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting.
- Support the development, pricing, and analysis of bundled payment arrangements and managed care contracts.
- Analyze and interpret managed care contract terms, including CPT coding and reimbursement structures.
- Assist in charge master development, CDM synchronization, and related financial system updates.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, trend analyses, and performance monitoring dashboards for leadership review.
- Collaborate with team members on assigned financial projects while ensuring timely completion and compliance with departmental goals.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and support ongoing initiatives related to healthcare revenue and cost optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, managed care contracts, healthcare finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of managed care terminology, reimbursement structures, and CPT coding concepts.
- Experience working with healthcare systems such as Epic is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum starting salary of $73,153.60 annually, with potential for performance-based incentives
