Climatec LLC seeks Service Account Specialist 1 (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 1077 Central Parkway South, Suite 900, San Antonio, TX 78232. Coordinate with the Service Coordinator if applicable to manage the scheduling of specialists for all service agreements. Collaborate with the Service Coordinator if applicable to manage the day-to-day scheduling for emergency and T&M projects. Engage with the Service Coordinator if applicable to manage service retrofit projects. Liaise with the Service Coordinator if applicable to manage the receipt, verification for accuracy, and entering of service workorders and employee time sheets. Interact with service customers to ensure Climatec BTG consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations and commitments. Offer technical expertise and recommendations to customers and the service sales team to support the generation of additional work, whether added to the TSA, executed as T&M, or booked as a service retrofit. Coordinate with service sales as applicable for TSA renewal and escalation. Routinely performs customer QA’s informally as well as formally when scheduled. Follows up on customer issues promptly, based on expectations set by the customer and Climatec BTG team members, ensuring timely, accurate, and relevant communication both verbally and in writing. Provide project management on TSA’s, T&M, and service retrofit work. Lead project management on networking design and installation. Coordinate with the Material Coordinator to ensure employee truck stocks are kept accurate and material used from them is replaced in an accurate and timely fashion. Work closely with the collections department and other employees as required ensuring timely collections for T&M, service agreements, and service construction. Coordinate material orders and timing with Material Coordinator to maximize cash flow and material handling efficiency. Engage with Subcontractors or internal installation team to achieve maximum value in installations. Offer support to Climatec and other contractors to solve building operating issues that go beyond the controls or special systems operation. Communicate with internal employees as required to ensure Climatec labor is accurate and timely and estimated productivity is achieved in all areas. Provide leadership and input to others as requested or required to assist in the accurate estimation, design, installation, start up, commissioning, and training for building systems and network designs. Communicate with external organizations as required such as consulting engineers, building owners, and other contractors to ensure accurate and timely engineering of integrated systems. Provide support for ongoing service engineering and support for existing building systems. Keep service management system updated and employ it to achieve maximum productivity and perform other duties as assigned. REQS: This position requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience as a Specialist Engineer or in an occupation involving HVAC controls, system networking troubleshooting, installation and design. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) IT network and networking systems; (2) Developing and designing complex computer networks; (3) Third-party integrations to open platform BMS systems; (4) Programming of PLC devices and global/field devices; (5) Computer Assisted Design, (CAD); (6) Computer systems and networking including the MS Office Suite of products; and (7) HVAC systems.
