New Build 2 – Warehouse Laborer (Pallets) team members are responsible for building new wooden pallets and handling materials in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. This is an active, hands‑on role that involves using basic tools, performing physical work throughout the shift, and supporting daily production goals while following all safety and quality standards as part of a team

- Building new wooden pallets on a production line using hand tools and power tools while following established specifications and quality standards.
- Feeding lumber or materials into production equipment, stacking boards, and assembling components into completed pallets or units.
- Inspecting materials and finished pallets for damage, defects, or wrong sizes and setting aside or reporting any issues to your lead or supervisor.
- Meeting daily production goals by working at a steady, consistent pace while keeping accuracy and safety as top priorities.
- Performing physical tasks throughout your shift, including lifting, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized by removing scrap wood, banding, nails, and trash to maintain a safe, clutter‑free floor.
- Following all safety policies, including wearing required PPE, using tools and equipment correctly, and reporting hazards or near misses.
- Working as part of a team to support other areas as needed, which may include basic material handling, stacking/unstacking pallets, or helping with housekeeping in the production area.
- Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction, or other hands‑on labor role is preferred, but we’re willing to train candidates with the right attitude and work ethic.
- Comfortable performing physical work every day, including lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive motions, and working on your feet for an entire shift.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast‑paced environment and ask questions when something is unclear.
- Strong attention to detail when measuring, assembling, and inspecting pallets or parts so we maintain consistent quality and avoid rework.
- Reliable and punctual, with a history of good attendance and a willingness to work the assigned schedule (and occasional overtime when needed).
- Safety‑minded team player who respects lockout/tagout, PPE rules, and other safety procedures and looks out for themselves and their coworkers.
- Basic math and reading skills; prior experience with nail guns, saws, or other hand/power tools is a plus but not required.
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
- Repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 75 lbs or more
- Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and handling of materials
- Ability to safely operate tools and machinery in a physically demanding environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee will primarily work in a warehouse environment. This may include exposure to dust, fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold), and moderate to high noise levels. Steel-toed boots and other personal protective equipment (PPE) will be required.
