What You'll Do
As an Experience Coordinator, you'll help residents maintain their independence while creating meaningful moments throughout their day.

Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Providing compassionate, respectful personal care that preserves dignity
Building genuine relationships with residents and families
Encouraging residents to participate in activities and engage in community life
Assisting with dining and hydration throughout the day
Monitoring residents for changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive condition and communicating observations promptly
Recording vital signs as assigned
Documenting care accurately and timely
Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
Working collaboratively with nurses, leadership, and teammates to provide exceptional care
Following all Thrive policies, procedures, and state regulations

Qualifications

Required:
Current CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification, or eligibility to work as a caregiver according to Georgia regulations
Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Preferred:
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or home health
Experience caring for individuals living with dementia
