Appointment Setter in Council Bluffs, Iowa at Edwards Auto Group

Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA is looking for an enthusiastic Appointment Setter for our Bargain Center. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for responding to and handling all incoming email and phone leads for customers shopping for vehicles online.

Job Type: Full-time (in-person/Not remote)

Wage: Hourly + performance bonuses

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Prepared to interact with customers via phone calls every day (similar to call center)
• Check email frequently and respond to inquires immediately
• Set customers up to come into the dealership, where a Sales specialist will guide them through the buying process
• Sell yourself, the dealer ship, and the experience of shopping with Edwards Bargain Center

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Able to follow call scripts and handle objections over the phone
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task is required
• Self motivated and goal oriented
• Must have valid driver’s license
