The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, and trafficking of client projects ensuring consistency with client strategy, commitments and goals.

Position Responsibilities:

• Allocates resources of client project(s) as needed
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
• Provide direction and support to account management and creative services team members
• Perform quality assurance and compliance management
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of client projects to all stakeholders including management of daily stand ups, daily hot lists and weekly status reports
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• Perform project evaluations and assessment of results
• Use historical data to help craft estimates for new projects
• Other duties as assigned

Role Qualifications:

• Must lead scheduling and routing of client projects from intent intake to completion
• Must be a super-user project management tool or similar technology experience
• Must define project tasks and resource requirements to meet project deadlines
• Must develop process documentation to achieve desirable results

Position Requirements:

• Associate degree in business, management, finance, communications or related field, or equivalent work experience, required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 2-3 years of direct work experience in project management and process improvement required
• At least 2-3 years of experience utilizing project management tool or similar technology experience required
• Strong organizational, administrative, problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk and change management
