About the RoleAs a Mid-Level Provider, you’ll work closely with a Physician Medical Director and Center Director to provide personalized care while creating an exceptional patient experience.
You’ll support patients with services including:
- Hormone replacement therapy
- Weight management
- Sleep apnea management
- Hypertension management
- Low libido and related wellness concerns
You’ll also have the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted part of their wellness journey.

Clinical experience is important, but so are personality, communication, teamwork, and the ability to connect with patients.
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, people skills, and willingness to learn.
Minimum Qualifications- Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
- Current DEA license required
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
- Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
- Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Little Rock location
- Availability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training
- Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required
We provide two full weeks of paid training.
Our training is designed to give you the knowledge, tools, and support you need to feel confident and successful in your new role.

Credentialing & License VerificationAs part of our screening process, our Credentialing Department will verify applicable professional licenses, DEA information, and NPI/taxonomy information.
Candidates should be prepared to provide the information needed to complete the credentialing process. Licenses and credentials must be active, in good standing, and within the provider’s scope of practice.
