Marketing Manager - Enrollment & Engagement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Manager - Enrollment & Engagement based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead multi-channel marketing programs designed to increase enrollment, engagement, and long-term participation in health-focused programs.
You will own campaigns across the full customer journey, from initial outreach and enrollment through ongoing engagement and re-engagement.
Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will translate customer needs and business objectives into compelling, measurable campaign strategies.
The position combines creative marketing, consumer insights, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution in a fast-paced, remote environment.
You will use performance data to identify opportunities, test messaging and channels, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Your work will directly contribute to helping people take meaningful action toward better health while delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

Accountabilities:
  • Engagement strategy: Lead the design and execution of consumer engagement campaigns across the full funnel, from initial outreach and enrollment through ongoing engagement and re-engagement.
  • Campaign planning: Develop compelling messaging strategies, align campaign approaches with client objectives, contribute to new product launch strategies, and support annual marketing planning and performance forecasting.
  • Campaign optimization: Continuously test and refine messaging, channels, tools, and campaign approaches to improve enrollment and engagement performance.
  • Campaign quality assurance: Maintain rigorous pre-send QA processes, including audience and list accuracy, link validation, personalization, mobile rendering, and compliance checks.
  • Client partnership: Serve as the primary marketing contact for clients, understanding their culture, platforms, objectives, and requirements while balancing customization with scalable marketing best practices.
  • Program management: Manage campaign timelines, expectations, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure programs remain on track and deliver against agreed objectives.
  • Data and analytics: Analyze campaign, funnel, audience, and channel performance to uncover insights and identify opportunities for growth and improved engagement.
  • Reporting: Develop clear campaign performance reports with actionable recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data visualization: Partner with business intelligence teams to develop and communicate dashboards and data visualizations that make performance trends easy to understand.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to coordinate campaign execution, resolve challenges, and ensure alignment across multiple priorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in growth, engagement, or lifecycle marketing across both digital and offline channels.
  • Marketing background: Experience in B2C or B2B2C marketing; experience in healthcare or wellness is strongly preferred.
  • Channel expertise: Familiarity with email, SMS, direct mail, digital advertising, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
  • Marketing technology: Hands-on experience with tools such as Iterable, Google Analytics, Wrike, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Analytical ability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling messaging and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Organization: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional teamwork skills and the ability to build productive relationships across diverse teams.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment where priorities can evolve and initiative is valued.
