Senior Associate Project Manager - Creative Ops

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate Project Manager - Creative Ops based in United States.

This role supports the successful planning and execution of creative initiatives across campaigns, brand, packaging, and innovation.
You’ll serve as a key operational partner, keeping projects organized, aligned, and moving from intake through final delivery.
Working across Creative, Marketing, Brand Strategy, Commercial, Product Development, Regulatory, and Operations, you’ll coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
Your attention to timelines, dependencies, documentation, and communication will help teams deliver high-quality work efficiently.
You’ll also identify opportunities to improve workflows, strengthen processes, and increase operational visibility across the creative portfolio.
The role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while developing toward broader project leadership responsibilities.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Creative Operations and contribute directly to a culture of accountability, creativity, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities
  • Support creative projects from initial intake through final delivery across campaigns, packaging, brand, and related initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, trackers, project plans, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, approvals, and stakeholder communications to keep work progressing smoothly.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure project information, timelines, assets, deliverables, and documentation remain accurate, organized, and up to date.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, align expectations, clarify responsibilities, and support execution.
  • Assist with creative intake management, project routing, workflow coordination, and prioritization across active workstreams.
  • Support resource tracking and workload planning to help balance team capacity with project demands.
  • Maintain project management systems and reporting tools that provide clear visibility into active initiatives and upcoming priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operating practices that increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with senior project managers and creative operations leaders on portfolio management and broader operational excellence initiatives.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment while helping creative teams stay focused on delivering impactful work.
Requirements
  • 2–5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, creative development, brand initiatives, or comparable cross-functional projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining project timelines, trackers, project plans, documentation, and other operational materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving pieces accurately without losing sight of broader priorities.
  • Ability to identify project risks, dependencies, and process improvement opportunities and take proactive action to address them.
  • Experience using project management tools, workflow systems, and reporting platforms.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with a proactive approach to working across functions.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve and multiple initiatives move forward simultaneously.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset, strong ownership, accountability, follow-through, and a genuine interest in helping teams work more effectively.
  • Motivation to develop toward larger project leadership, creative operations, and operational management responsibilities.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
