Le’Fant is seeking a Salesforce Software Developer to provide support to our client with Salesforce.com (SFDC) development and integration in a large enterprise organization. This is a hands-on software development role focused on building, integrating, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise Salesforce applications.
The Salesforce Software Developer will get to:
- Develop software using Java and/or C#, JavaScript, Salesforce Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce applications and related software solutions.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC.
- Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications and systems using appropriate programming languages and integration technologies.
- Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts, demonstrate Salesforce capabilities, and implement solutions based on client requirements.
- Translate client requirements into technical solutions and implement functionality within the Salesforce platform.
- Develop and maintain automated and unit tests and troubleshoot application issues.
- Use version-control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket as part of the software development process.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including planning, development, testing, code reviews, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders at various levels and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in technical planning and coordinate with other technical team members to support project delivery and implementation.
- Review and validate completed technical solutions and participate in evaluating vendor products or capabilities when appropriate.
- Participate in technical design discussions and evaluate alternative approaches when developing solutions.
- Assist with training and mentoring junior software engineers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must Live in the US and have maintained a permanent residence in the US for at least the last 3 consecutive years (36 months)

Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including development on the Salesforce/Force.com platform.
- 5+ years of experience developing with Salesforce Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- 5+ years professional software development experience with Java and/or C#, plus JavaScript.
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics).
- 3+ years of experience with version-control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Experience working in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting software applications.
- Ability to obtain a VA Medium-Background Investigation clearance.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.
- Experience developing integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise applications.
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior developers

Pay Transparency
There are many factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. Annual salary is just one component of Le'fant's total compensation package. Le'fant provides a variety of benefits to employees, including but not limited to, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401k plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. This commitment applies across temporary, part-time, full-time, and salaried positions, complying with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds.
