Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Project Sales Support representative to join our team! In this role, you will become an expert in Nyloplast, HP Manhole, Inserta Tee, and Flexstorm products, and work closely with ADS salespeople and Allied Product Managers on project opportunities. If you are passionate about engineering, customer service, and/or stormwater management, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate consistently with the sales team to execute sales and conversion strategies.
  • Provide technical materials and education to create effective submittal packages and presentations.
  • Make product suggestions based on plans, project specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
  • Follow project progress from initial review to installation.
  • Conduct virtual training for newly hired Allied Product Managers.
  • Generate Engineering Service Requests in Salesforce.
  • Complete takeoffs on civil construction plans using Bluebeam.
  • Write clear takeoff summaries and create quotes in Salesforce.
  • Prepare and amend order forms, coordinating with the Order Management team.
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Purchasing on custom and special-order requests.
  • Resolve production and field issues, providing continuous support to the field.


Qualifications

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Cold calling and product sales experience.

  • Strong technical and product knowledge.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
