This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CyberArk Engineer based in India.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives using CyberArk technologies.
You will bridge business requirements, cybersecurity objectives, and technical implementation across complex IT environments.
Working with security architects, engineers, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders, you will help shape secure access solutions.
You will translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and functional specifications that support successful implementations.
The role covers privileged account onboarding, lifecycle management, access governance, testing, and change management.
You will operate in an Agile environment where strong analysis, communication, and stakeholder management are essential.

- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and technical requirements for CyberArk PAM implementations.
- Lead stakeholder workshops and requirements elicitation sessions with business, security, infrastructure, and technical teams.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications that can guide solution design and implementation.
- Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, workflow diagrams, process flows, and onboarding tasks.
- Work closely with CyberArk architects and engineers throughout solution design, implementation, and deployment activities.
- Analyze privileged account onboarding requirements across applications, databases, operating systems, cloud platforms, and other enterprise environments.
- Support privileged account onboarding, account lifecycle management, and access governance initiatives.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate requirements, and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business needs.
- Facilitate communication and change management activities with business units and other stakeholders.
- Support enterprise-scale PAM initiatives while ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to Agile and Scrum ceremonies and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- 8+ years of professional experience in IT Business Analysis, cybersecurity, or a closely related field.
- Strong hands-on knowledge and experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions.
- Solid understanding of CyberArk components and technologies, including PAS, PVWA, SWS, CPM, PSM, Vault, and the Identity Security Platform.
- Strong understanding of IAM and PAM concepts and their application within enterprise environments.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business process analysis, process mapping, and functional specification development.
- Proven ability to create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and workflow diagrams.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting or contributing to enterprise-scale CyberArk implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with architects, engineers, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders.
- CyberArk Defender certification is preferred.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is an advantage.
