Job Summary:
Join our team at Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) as an Office Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our executive team and employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our Corporate Office. Youll be instrumental in creating an organized, professional, and welcoming work environment while making sure our team has the resources and support needed for seamless day-to-day operations.
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks and priorities, including office operations, vendors and maintenance, supplies and equipment, company events, employee travel, and other administrative needs across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the executive team with their day-to-day needs, including calendar management, credit card receipts, and other administrative support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, including building management, vendors, maintenance providers, and other service partners.
- Identify office needs and coordinate the ordering, purchase, delivery, setup, and maintenance of furniture, equipment, supplies, and other corporate office resources.
- Support employees onboarding by coordinating workspaces, equipment, supplies, welcome materials, and new hire and promotion boxes.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative operations while managing multiple priorities and requests from leaders across the organization.
- Provide front desk and phone coverage as needed and help maintain a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate company and corporate office events, including employee celebrations, leadership meetings, conferences, holiday events, and other company activities.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees and leaders as needed.
- Print and mail clinical Flight Path workbooks.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing corporate mail and packages.
- Ship/deliver marketing materials and other materials to EBH locations as needed.
- Manage employee perk accounts - Calm and DoorDash users.
- Distribute incoming faxes to the appropriate employees.
- Ensure the corporate office remains organized, tidy, functional, and appropriately stocked.
- Run local errands and coordinate deliveries to San Antonio clinics and other locations as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes, organization, efficiency, and the overall employee experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management, customer service, or related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance for local errands and business-related travel.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing organization.
- Experience supporting executive-level staff.
- Familiarity with the healthcare or behavioral health industry is preferred but not required.
