Operations Manager, VNSW@HOME (LHCSA)
The VNSW at Home Operations manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the licensed home care services agency. This role ensures that all services in compliance with regulatory standards and align with VNSW at Home's mission of providing high quality care to clients in their homes. The Operations Manager will lead a team of care staff, manage budgets, and implement operational strategies to enhance the delivery of services.

Key responsibilities:
Management and Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure staff compliance with all VNSW policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee scheduling and coordination of care services to ensure effective delivery.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of care.
- Monitor service delivery and client satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Financial Management
- Assist in budget preparation and management, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
- Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure high standards of care.
Client Relations and Community Engagement
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote agency services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience in management in a healthcare or homecare setting.
- Knowledge of homecare regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft, and home care management software.
Base Salary: $ 60k to $73k on experience
