You will leverage your healthcare or social assistance expertise to design, evaluate, and refine realistic scenarios and responses that improve AI understanding of clinical and administrative environments.

• Design realistic healthcare and social assistance scenarios reflecting hospital operations, patient care, and administrative workflows
• Develop structured evaluation rubrics focused on clinical reasoning, patient safety, and operational accuracy
• Review and assess AI and human-generated responses for medical correctness, safety implications, and communication quality
• Contribute to the creation of “gold standard” answers aligned with established healthcare best practices
• Ensure cultural, regulatory, and contextual relevance within healthcare systems in the target locale
• Support continuous improvement of evaluation methodologies used in AI benchmarking tasks

You are an experienced healthcare or social assistance professional with strong domain knowledge and the ability to critically assess clinical and operational accuracy in complex scenarios.

• 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare or social assistance environments
• Background in roles such as Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Medical/Health Services Manager, Medical Secretary, or similar positions
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, patient care standards, and healthcare administration processes
• Ability to evaluate safety, accuracy, and operational feasibility in healthcare-related content
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and structured evaluation thinking
• Professional proficiency in English and native-level proficiency in the target language
• Experience working in hospital, clinical, or healthcare administrative settings is required
