Electrical Coordinator – ACREE PLUMBING & AIR - TAMPA FLORIDA BRANCH LOCATION

ACREE seeking an Electrical Coordinator to manage and schedule installations with urgency and precision. This role serves as the operational hub between Sales, Installers, Service, and Customers—keeping install crews productive, customers informed, and departmental revenue goals on track. The Electrical Coordinator provides administrative support to the Service Managers, Install Managers and their teams by performing a variety of administrative functions in an independent, organized, and detail-oriented manner. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a critical role with real impact.

This is a Full Time, Hourly position, working On-Site at our Tampa Branch.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 am - 5 pm

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 / Hour Based on Experience

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule sold installations and assign install crews in ServiceTitan
  • Prioritize jobs to keep installation teams working with minimal schedule gaps
  • Communicate with customers regarding install dates, timelines, and next steps
  • Maintain and update the Install Board daily
  • Prepare permits and required documentation prior to installations
  • Ensure equipment is properly recorded, registered, and documented
  • Register warranties and rebates for customers and the company
  • Assist customers with inspections and post-install needs
  • Make post-install follow-up calls to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to the Install, Sales, and Service teams as needed

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Good understanding of inventory and management and logistics

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate/Issue permits and schedule inspections for upcoming installs and/or large projects.
  • Process and reconcile job tickets in Service Titan.
  • Triage customer service issues; follow up with customers on any concerns.
  • Maintain various departmental spreadsheets (Excel).
  • Track permits that receive a red tag.
  • Assist with the assignment of install crews and/or service technicians for each job.
  • Maintain Service Titan accuracy.
  • Maintain updated scope of work for all jobs.
  • Assist with install crew and service technician timekeeping.
  • Answer telephone and maintain filing system of all documents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service or administrative experience required
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred (not required)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment

  • Office-based position (not remote)
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs if needed
