  • Build and maintain user journeys for multiple ICPs across different regions and languages
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and legal stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and data privacy regulations (GDPR)
Requirements:

This role requires deep technical expertise in modern web development combined with strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, capable of owning complex systems while driving marketing performance outcomes.

  • 7+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing technology, or related fields, including leadership experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Astro, or similar

  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR compliance requirements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate across technical and executive audiences
  • Passion for AI-driven development tools and modern web optimization practices
  • Ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and operate independently in a high-ownership environment
