• Execute and maintain freight rate contracts and transportation data within internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
• Analyze transportation costs and freight data to identify inconsistencies, optimization opportunities, and process improvements.
• Support customer communication by investigating and resolving freight rate issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with global internal teams to manage contract updates, system workflows, and agreement-related queries.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of freight rate records, supporting auditability and operational reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, system processes, and rate management workflows.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and detailed datasets in logistics or financial contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including data analysis and reporting functions.
