This role plays a critical part in ensuring accuracy and efficiency within global freight rate management and transportation data systems. You will work at the intersection of logistics, analytics, and customer operations, supporting the maintenance and validation of complex freight contracts. Operating in an international, fast-paced environment, you will help ensure that transportation cost data is correctly structured, updated, and aligned with contractual agreements. - Execute and maintain freight rate contracts and transportation data within internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze transportation costs and freight data to identify inconsistencies, optimization opportunities, and process improvements.
- Support customer communication by investigating and resolving freight rate issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with global internal teams to manage contract updates, system workflows, and agreement-related queries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of freight rate records, supporting auditability and operational reliability.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in data quality, system processes, and rate management workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large and detailed datasets in logistics or financial contexts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory), including data analysis and reporting functions.
- Good English communication skills, with ability to participate in interviews and professional interactions.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to deliver high-quality work under time constraints.
