This is a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for overseeing complex, large-scale digital transformation programs built on Microsoft Azure technologies. You will act as both a strategic advisor and delivery leader, ensuring enterprise engagements achieve business outcomes, financial targets, and exceptional client satisfaction. The role combines executive-level relationship management with hands-on oversight of multi-million-dollar project portfolios. You will guide distributed delivery teams across onshore and offshore environments while ensuring alignment across scope, budget, and timelines. Strong focus is placed on cross-functional collaboration, including sales, delivery, and PMO teams to drive operational excellence. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader who thrives in managing high-stakes enterprise programs and shaping long-term client success.

Accountabilities:

Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple large-scale enterprise transformation programs based on Microsoft Azure solutions.
Act as executive sponsor for key client engagements, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, and financial performance.
Manage overall portfolio profitability, including P&L ownership, margin optimization, and delivery efficiency.
Drive client relationship management, including escalation handling, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore environments.
Partner with sales and PMO teams to support proposals, SOW reviews, staffing plans, and resource allocation.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, delivery excellence, and best practices across consulting and implementation teams.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and technical teams across multiple engagements.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in enterprise delivery, program management, or consulting leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs ($3M+), ideally within Microsoft Azure environments.
Strong background in engagement management, client relationship ownership, and enterprise delivery governance.
Experience leading distributed global teams, including offshore and nearshore collaboration models.
Deep understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, margins, and delivery profitability.
Experience in Azure-focused domains such as data & AI, cloud modernization, infrastructure transformation, or application modernization.
Strong communication and executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve escalations effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
