Position Summary:
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Oversee and guide the development of contract optimization and compliance processes, frameworks, and longterm strategy.
- Implement and maintain systems that monitor master data, contract commitments, pricing structures, and sales performance.
- Direct the collection, validation, and analysis of competitive utilization data and evaluate economic conditions to assess progress toward pricing and margin objectives.
- Use advanced technologies—including revenue management systems, machinelearning and AI models, and businessintelligence platforms—to drive datainformed contract optimization.
- Develop strategies within contracting and pricing systems, recommend GPO and endcustomer pricing actions, and deliver ongoing insights to the Marketing organization.
- Leverage pricing systems to identify actionable uplift opportunities and present findings to Product Marketing Directors and the Executive Leadership Team.
- Serve as a crossfunctional liaison to evaluate contract performance for existing customers, strengthening interdepartmental relationships and ensuring alignment throughout bid and contractoptimization processes.
- Lead data visualization, data management, hypothesis testing, and analytical validation activities.
- Manage personnel actions, including hiring, performance evaluation, coaching, and termination.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Expertise: Knowledge & Skills
- Requires breadth of professional field and industry knowledge. Ability to integrate critical information and champion advanced strategies/concepts through the organization. Drives development of advanced technologies, principles and processes.
- Manages entry to intermediate level employees of a department or a function with 1 or 2 sections. Ensures budgets, schedules, and performance requirements are met.
- Judgement is required in resolving complex problems based on experience.
- Contacts are primarily with department supervisors, leads, subordinates, and peers. Occasional contact with external contractors/vendors.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA Preferred
- 10-12 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification preferred.
- Occasional business travel required, Valid driver's license and passport
- Secrecy and invention agreement and non-compete agreement
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000
The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
