This role focuses on bridging business needs and technology solutions within complex digital transformation programs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into clear functional specifications for ServiceNow-based solutions. Acting as a key connector between business and technical teams, you will ensure that ITSM solutions are well-designed, properly documented, and aligned with organizational goals. The position involves contributing to solution design, supporting testing activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects. You will also participate in workshops, client demos, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience. This is an impactful role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced IT environments.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow and related ITSM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and define effective solution approaches aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop business cases outlining costs, benefits, risks, and value propositions for proposed IT solutions.
- Support client workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions to validate requirements and solution designs.
- Work with technical teams to design ServiceNow solutions, including system documentation, flowcharts, and process diagrams.
- Assist in defining test strategies, support testing activities, and ensure solutions meet quality and business requirements.
- Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to projects involving emerging technologies, enhancements, and future platform capabilities.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, ITSM processes, or ServiceNow platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of mapping business processes into ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- Experience working with integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred.
- Exposure to development or solution architecture is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Strong understanding of project environments and ability to manage multiple priorities.
