About the role
The Radiology Technologist will assist our team in delivering high-quality diagnostic x-rays services for orthopedic patients. You will work collaboratively with physicians, LMRTs, medical assistants and clinical staff to ensure accurate imaging, patient comfort, proper positioning, radiation safety and supporting excellent patient outcomes and clinic efficiency.

What you'll do
- Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and clear communication throughout the imaging process
- Work collaboratively with LMRTs and clinical staff to support daily clinic operations
- Maintain imaging equipment, room readiness, and compliance with safety standards
- Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for imaging procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record system
- Follow radiation safety and compliance standards
- Assist physicians and clinical staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of x-ray equipment and exam areas
- Support efficient clinic flow and patient throughput
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification
- Current Texas Medical Board licensure required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality imaging
- Professional, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Excellent patient service and communication skills
- Orthopedic x-ray experience strongly preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- AthenaOne/EHR experience a plus
- Team-oriented mindset with strong professionalism and reliability
