We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own day-to-day social media execution across multiple different accounts: consumer brands and high-profile executive's personal presences. This is a hands-on role for a social-native marketer who thrives in fast-moving, high-visibility environments and can move seamlessly between brand storytelling and personal brand building.
You'll report into the Group Creative Director and directly manage a Content Creator and a Social Videographer & Editor. You'll work closely with brand stakeholders to build consistent, compelling, and on-brand social presences across multiple accounts. The ideal candidate is equal parts creative and analytical — someone who genuinely loves social media, understands platform nuance, and is comfortable operating in environments that include celebrity talent, live events, and public-facing executives.
What You'll Do
- Own social media strategy and execution across both accounts on all active platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and others)
- Develop and manage content calendars that balance brand storytelling, product promotion, community engagement, and trend participation for each account
- Brief, direct, and manage a Content Creator and Social Videographer/Editor on video and photo content needs
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, Stories, and short-form video across both accounts
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, appropriate voice for each account
- Attend live events and work alongside executive talent to capture and develop real-time content
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity; adapt strategy accordingly
- Track and report on social performance metrics across both accounts
- Support campaign launches, product announcements, and brand moments with timely, relevant social content
- Collaborate with Marketing teams on paid social amplification of organic content
What We're Looking For
- 4–7+ years of experience in social media management for a consumer brand, agency, media company, or talent/celebrity environment
- Experience managing both a brand account and an individual/influencer account simultaneously is a strong plus
- Comfortable working with and around celebrity talent and high-profile individuals; discretion and professionalism are a must
- Experience attending and creating content at live events with flexibility to travel with little notice
- Strong understanding of how each major platform works and what actually performs on each
- Hands-on content creation ability: you can write great copy, direct a shoot, and produce basic graphics or video edits
- Demonstrated track record of growing social presence and driving meaningful engagement
- Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple editorial calendars and meet deadlines without hand-holding
- Data-literate, comfortable pulling platform analytics and translating them into actionable insights
- Video content experience (Reels, TikTok) is required

The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 115,000 USD per year(Softline HQ)
