Now Hiring: IT Strategy and Operations Analyst

The IT Strategy and Operations Analyst serves as a strategic partner to the Vice President of Information Technology and plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the organization’s technology ecosystem.

This position is responsible for creating visibility, structure, and accountability across technology initiatives while supporting process improvement, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. Acting as a central source of truth for technology operations, the analyst helps ensure that projects remain on track, risks are identified early, and technology investments support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical, organized, and proactive professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving processes, and partnering with leaders across the organization.

Your Role Will Include

  • Maintaining visibility into technology initiatives, priorities, roadmaps, and operational activities
  • Developing executive dashboards, KPIs, status reporting, and performance metrics
  • Analyzing technology and operational data to support strategic decision-making
  • Translating technical information into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Driving process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Developing and maintaining technology policies, procedures, workflows, and operational standards
  • Supporting project planning, implementation tracking, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives
  • Facilitating project reviews, action-item tracking, and cross-functional coordination
  • Partnering with business departments to identify technology needs and support operational improvements
  • Supporting reporting, requirements gathering, and process enhancements for Salesforce, Power BI, and other core business systems
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, knowledge bases, architecture diagrams, and decision logs
  • Monitoring technology risks, dependencies, and operational concerns while supporting business continuity efforts
  • Assisting with vendor evaluations, technology assessments, and implementation activities
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Four or more years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Operations, Technology Operations, Project Coordination, or a related field
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Excel, Power BI, process mapping tools, and documentation platforms
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive technology leadership
  • Salesforce experience
  • Experience with business process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise technology environments
  • Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma

Compensation, Work Schedule & Travel

Compensation will be comprised of a very competitive salary commensurate with experience with eligibility to earn quarterly and annual bonuses. Usual hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. with occasional evening and weekend work during major projects, system implementations, or expansion initiatives. Limited travel may be required for vendor meetings, industry conferences, warehouse visits, or support of gallery expansion initiatives.
