Effective Date: June 2026 Exemption Status: Salary Nonexempt
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + additional compensation for lead generation

Role Summary: The Client Services Representative & Media Coordinator position builds relationships with current clients and identifies investment opportunities, while obtaining investor leads for future clients in targeted markets. In addition to CSR responsibilities, this role facilitates social media for APC.

Essential Functions/Job Duties:
Client Services:
· Delivers an exceptional investor experience with a client-first mindset
· Develops relationships with smaller to mid-sized clients to increase revenue
· Learns the All Pro Capital business in-depth to develop acumen to communicate directly with investors
· Uses detailed knowledge of APC products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs
· Maintains a cadence of communicating with clients to ensure client satisfaction and promotion of ongoing investment interest
· Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback
· Obtains leads for identified target markets
· Learns the All Pro Capital business in-depth to develop acumen to communicate directly with investors
· Logs all prospect and investor communication in the CRM – Wealthbox daily
Media Coordination:
· Initially, will focus on ad spend for lead generation, focused on the medical AR fund
· Develops more media ideas around the ad spend
· Reports on web KPIs and develops goals for improvement
· Develops own investor base from social media leads
Other Duties/Responsibilities:
· Performs other duties and special projects assigned
Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Education: BA in Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- Sales and/or lead generation work experience
- Web and Social Media work
Preferred Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to work independently
· Experience generating investor leads
· Advertising via social media and/or website experience
· Promotes an atmosphere of accountability that focuses on quality and customer satisfaction
· Builds strategic relationships within the organization to enhance cross-departmental collaboration
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Work Environment: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
