Help launch a new practice in a high-growth market.
Build Something New — Where It’s Truly Needed
We are exploring the launch of a new pediatric practice in Monroe and are seeking a pediatrician who wants more than a traditional associate role.
This is a rare opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up in a community with growing demand for accessible, high-quality pediatric care.
This is a provider-led expansion with flexibility around timing and location to ensure the right long-term fit.
From day one, you will play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical experience, care model, and community relationships of a practice built to last.
Why Monroe?
Monroe offers the best of both worlds, combining small-town accessibility with close proximity to the Charlotte metro area.
- Within 30 minutes of Charlotte, providing access to major hospitals, dining, and amenities
- Rapid population growth driven by families moving just outside the city
- Strong local schools and a highly family-oriented community
- Lower cost of living compared to Charlotte with more space and flexibility
Monroe presents a unique opportunity to practice in a growing market where demand is real and relationships are still personal, giving you the ability to quickly become a trusted provider in the community.
The Role
· Provide comprehensive pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents
· Build long-term, trusted relationships with families

Compensation & Support
· Highly competitive compensation package
· Health, dental, and vision insurance
· Generous paid time off and holidays
· Malpractice coverage
· Full operational and administrative support
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
This is not a replacement role. It is a chance to be a founding physician in a thoughtfully designed pediatric practice serving a community with real demand.
