This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strategic ownership of Salesforce-driven solutions that enhance customer service and franchisee experience. You will lead a development team focused on optimizing and automating service processes within Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient digital solutions. The position plays a key role in aligning engineering execution with product strategy, contributing to roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for building a strong engineering culture, fostering collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing across teams. In addition to technical oversight, you will manage talent development, career growth, and team performance. This is a highly visible leadership role within a complex digital ecosystem, with direct impact on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers, managing hiring processes, career development, performance feedback, and individual development plans.
- Drive technical excellence across Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL.
- Contribute to product and technical roadmap planning, supporting strategic discussions and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Oversee software engineering practices including architecture, documentation, security, DevOps, SRE, and data engineering alignment.
- Manage delivery flow, including backlog prioritization, incident management, crisis resolution, and roadmap execution using Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Promote a strong engineering culture based on collaboration, continuous learning, feedback, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support cross-functional alignment with product, business, and technical stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct management of software development teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies, including Service Cloud, LWC, Flows, Apex, and SOQL.
- Experience with modern development ecosystems including JavaScript, Node.js, React, REST APIs, micro frontends, design systems, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures, including serverless and Kubernetes environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code.
- Proven experience in digital product development lifecycles and agile environments (Kanban, Lean practices).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to facilitate discussions, resolve complex problems, and guide technical teams through execution.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
