About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Event Support Associate to assist with the preparation, staging, transportation, and setup of marketing materials for vendor days, community events, and promotional activities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and helping ensure events run smoothly behind the scenes. The majority of the role will be spent in a warehouse environment organizing and preparing materials, with occasional local travel to assist with event setup and breakdown.
Essential Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Receive and organize incoming shipments of promotional and event materials.
- Maintain inventory of marketing merchandise, displays, signage, and giveaway items.
- Verify quantities and prepare materials needed for upcoming vendor days and events.
- Stage and organize event supplies for efficient transportation and deployment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Event Preparation & Logistics
- Assist with planning and coordinating materials required for vendor days and marketing events.
- Ensure all event supplies are accounted for and prepared prior to scheduled events.
- Load and unload event materials, displays, tents, tables, and promotional items.
- Support inventory tracking and replenishment of event supplies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding event needs and logistics.
Event Support
- Transport materials to local vendor days and community events as needed.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of booths, displays, tents, and promotional materials.
- Ensure event spaces are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready.
- Provide general event support to the marketing team during promotional activities.
- Return materials to the warehouse and ensure proper storage following events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, event setup, or general labor experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Experience assisting with community events, trade shows, or vendor days.
- Familiarity with loading, transporting, and staging event materials.
- Warehouse equipment experience.
