Your Role as a Home Health Licensed Clinical Social Worker

- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licenseMinimum two years of clinical counseling experience (required)Home health or telehealth experience preferredValid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
