The Territory Senior Analyst role resides within our Global Revenue Operations organization. This role will work closely with the Sales representatives and managers across different theaters for planning and deployment of fiscal year Sales Territories. This role will address operational issues impacting Territory Operations, have a clear understanding of RSA Sales and commission processes to help achieving company annual revenues.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Identify Territory assignment process inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress around fiscal year organization changes, to implement Salesforce.com process improvements to enhance Salesforce use for sales and strategy teams.
  • Understand end-to-end business processes, the flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for better territory and forecasting processes.
  • Work with the Data & Analytics Organization to support the creation of reports, dashboards, and KPIs summaries in our BI solution to track and monitor data accuracy.
  • Audit and update territory fields within Salesforce across all core objects, including Accounts and Opportunities, and ensure outdated fields are removed with minimal business impact and proper change considered. This includes partnering with the Data Strategy Organization within IT.

Skills:

  • Strong experience with Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and customer data management

Education & Experience:

  • 2–4 years of experience
