Enterprise Client Relationship Executive

This role focuses on managing and expanding strategic enterprise client relationships within the healthcare and consumer-directed benefits ecosystem. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, including executive and C-suite leaders, helping them optimize benefits strategies and improve financial health outcomes. Acting as the primary point of contact for key national accounts, you will drive retention, growth, and long-term partnership value. The role blends consultative sales, strategic advisory, and account management in a highly regulated and relationship-driven industry. You will collaborate closely with brokers, consultants, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with client goals. This is a high-impact position where your expertise directly influences client satisfaction, revenue expansion, and portfolio performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across health savings, reimbursement, commuter, COBRA, direct bill, and lifestyle benefit programs
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client executives, brokers, consultants, and partner organizations
  • Act as the client advocate, ensuring service delivery aligns with agreed expectations and identifying opportunities for improved outcomes
  • Conduct strategic consultative engagements focused on benefits planning, CDH adoption, and financial wellness strategies
  • Lead regular client business reviews, performance discussions, and renewal planning activities to drive retention and growth
  • Support revenue expansion through account growth, custodial asset increases, and new solution adoption
  • Partner with internal teams to manage RFPs, renewals, and complex client requirements
  • Provide market insights and client feedback to inform product, service, and strategic improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise client relationship management within the insurance or financial services industry
  • 3+ years of consultative selling or strategic account management experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of health insurance, benefits frameworks, and consumer-directed healthcare (CDH) models
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship management skills, including negotiation, collaboration, and active listening
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear value messaging
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a client-first mindset
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time
