Job Description
We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist who is excited to support the full scope of HR functions in a mission-driven healthcare environment. In this role, you’ll manage daily HR operations, Leave of Absence administration, and help ensure compliance with policies and labor laws. Key Responsibilities

Administer daily HR department functions including hiring, interviewing, and pay administration

Enforce company policies and regulatory compliance

Provide internal support and HR partnership to business lines and departments

Facilitate and communicate organizational policies and programs

Maintain knowledge of labor laws and best practices

Manage leave of absence processes and ensure regulatory adherence

Proficiently use HRIS, Timekeeping systems, and Microsoft Excel
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver effective, mission-focused services and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

At least two years of related experience in Human Resources

Proficiency with HRIS, Timekeeping, and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
-
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines

HR certification a plus

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

Understanding of Leave of Absence processes, laws, and regulations
