Loan Originator Partner in Dayton, Ohio at A-Z Lending

We are looking for a high-energy Loan Originator Partner to join our in-office team and work directly with our top-producing Loan Originator. This person will handle company-provided leads, manage the pre-approval process, and guide clients through the sales conversation with confidence, urgency, and professionalism.

• Work incoming leads from the team.

• Manage pre-approvals from start to finish.

• Assist with the sales conversation with clients and help identify the best path forward.

• Problem-solve scenarios that come up during the pre-approval process.

• Communicate clearly with clients, referral partners, and team members.

• Learn from a top 1% Loan Originator and grow into a licensed mortgage professional over time.

• Someone new to the mortgage space or someone who loves solving problems and helping clients.

• A strong desire to learn, grow, and eventually get licensed.

• A fast-paced mindset and a high-energy approach to work.
