This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Head Of Marketing based in Canada.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end marketing strategy and execution within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will own demand generation, inbound pipeline growth, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the expectation to rapidly test, iterate, and scale high-performing growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, including direct exposure to the CEO, and work alongside product marketing to ensure alignment across messaging and go-to-market efforts. Operating in a high-growth, data-driven environment, you will play a central role in shaping how the company acquires, engages, and converts customers. This is a key leadership position with direct influence on revenue performance and overall business expansion.
This role is responsible for leading the marketing function end-to-end, with a strong focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, and performance-driven execution.
- Own and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive qualified inbound pipeline and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize key marketing channels including LinkedIn, email, content marketing, paid campaigns, and community initiatives.
- Develop and continuously refine website messaging, landing pages, and overall marketing positioning.
- Analyze performance metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact to inform decision-making.
- Identify, test, and scale high-impact growth opportunities through a data-driven experimentation approach.
- Support partner marketing and partnerships-led growth initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure alignment across messaging, case studies, and sales enablement efforts.
- Oversee and evolve existing marketing assets including newsletters, thought leadership content, events, and digital programs.
The ideal candidate brings strong B2B SaaS marketing leadership experience, with a proven track record in demand generation and revenue-focused growth strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing roles.
- At least 2+ years of experience leading or owning a marketing function.
- Proven success in driving pipeline generation and measurable revenue growth through demand generation strategies.
- Strong hands-on experience across inbound channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, content, podcasts, YouTube, blogs, and paid media.
- Experience with partner marketing or partnerships-led growth strategies is highly valuable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance.
- Experience working with tools such as HubSpot and marketing analytics platforms is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, programs, or growth initiatives is strongly preferred.
- Monthly salary ranging from $5,000 to $7,000 USD (Canada remote role)
